Return Policy
Eligibility for Return:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotions are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Worn, washed, or damaged items
Customized or made-to-order products
Accessories (like caps, belts, etc.)
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges are only allowed for size issues or if the item is defective/damaged upon arrival.
Product must be returned in its original condition with tags.
Return/Exchange Process
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
Ship the item back to the address provided (customer bears return shipping cost unless item was defective).
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in the form of store credit or bank transfer, depending on your preference.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
International Orders
Returns or exchanges for international orders are accepted, but the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for international returns.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement
